The tee boxes, fairways and greens were top-notch; whatever the greens keepers are doing there, they could give some lessons to other green keepers on other golf courses because it was so immaculate, would definitely recommend this course.

Beautiful course, played it quite a few times over the years, 4 times in the last few months overall the course is beautifully maintained as is better now than I have experienced it over the last 30 years.

First time I’ve played here, hidden away in the suburbs of Birmingham. Very friendly people, nice old-fashioned clubhouse with a great view over a lake; the first tee was set up so that the lake could come into play if you weren’t careful; fast sloping greens; looked really well maintained; great food; will return soon with friends.

Very nice course worth playing. I would definitely go back. Good facilities, friendly staff, the course was in great condition. Can’t say anything more, really.

An absolute gem. Encouraged by secure parking on arrival. Gated entrance . You need a code from the club shop to exit. Course is extremely well maintained. Greens were excellent and grounds staff very polite and helpful. Clubhouse was very welcoming with good food at reasonable prices.
The Course
Enjoy a superb course with mature trees, good dog legs, and enough elevated tees and fairway bunkers to keep it interesting.
Practice Facilities
Handsworth Golf Club features excellent facilities to practise, including a seven-acre practise area, a superb quality putting green, two practise nets overlooking the lake, and a practice chipping and bunker green.
Parkland Golf Course
Our mature, par 70 parkland golf course with its tree-lined fairways measures 6362 yards off the white tees. It includes four par 3s, twelve par 4s, and two par 5s, with the longest hole being the (par 5) eighteenth, at 504 yards.
