This year the Bridget Jackson Bowl was played for the 40th time, and during the day, we were delighted to welcome to Handsworth, the winner of the first two events. Julie Brown who was caddying for her daughter Emily Coleman.
Despite careful planning, sadly, the Bowl clashed with some other events, which meant we had a smaller entry than usual.
Congratulations to the winner Sophia Fullbrook (Brocket Hall), who won by one shot from Harriet Lockley (Burnham & Berrow).
Many thanks to my fellow members and the club staff for their assistance throughout the day. It was greatly appreciated.
