Handsworth ladies’ scratch team arrived at Manor Golf Club in Uttoxeter on Saturday, 17 September 2022, for their final game of the season.
Having beaten both Druids and Little Aston, with their only loss being away to Aston Wood, a win would see the ladies in with a chance of promotion. Unfortunately, home advantage played a big part, and the ladies lost 5-0.
A big thanks to Scratch Team Captain Tracy Hampton (pictured left) for all her hard work this year. Thanks also to all the ladies who played for the team. Let’s hope we can do it next year!
