There was a good turnout for the Remembrance Sunday Winter Stableford (Greensomes). The course was in excellent condition, given the time of year, and it was great to see the new tee taking shape on the first hole.
Loz Cox and Ian Wallington were worthy winners with an excellent score of 43 points. The runners-up were Stewart Quaife and Matt McKeon, with an impressive 41 points.

The booby prize went to the Chairman, Kebbie Uppal, who was absent from the presentation and kindly let his playing partner, Emma Gibbins, collect their award on her own.
As always, a big thank you to all who helped with the event and participated in the competition. Everyone enjoyed a fantastic Autumnal morning of golf and afterwards helped raise money in the clubhouse for the Royal British Legion. We hope to see everybody for the next event on 4th December.
