There was another excellent turnout for the Winter Stableford pairs event. 76 ‘wet conditions specialists’ braved the weather, and there were some decent scores.
Given the recent rain, the course was in good condition, and the greens were excellent.
Competition Result
The winners were Simon Elwell and Drew Evans, with a handy 47 points (back nine 25).
The runners-up were Tony Waite and Stewart Quaife, also with 47 points (back nine 23).
In third place Mandeep Randhawa and Stephen Mullings, again with 47 points (back nine 20).
Fourth Place – David Lair & Stephen Lair 44 Points.
Fifth Place – David Edwards & Simon Evans 44 Points.
Sixth Place – Luke Zacharzewski & Jake Patel 44 Points.

2s Winners – Ian Wallington and Phil Murphy got 2s on 11A and the 17th, respectively.
